Gabriel Sastre has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked as an Employee in the agricultural sector at RAGT La Courtade. In 2017, they served as a Team Leader at the same company for a brief period. Gabriel continued in the role of Team Leader in 2018 as well. In 2018-2019, Gabriel was the Vice President of the Bureau des Sports at Montpellier Business School, where they gained valuable skills in autonomy, responsibility, and team management. In 2019, they joined Echo-09 as a Business Developer and Commercial for a short period. The same year, Gabriel worked as an Activateur de produit for Coca-Cola European Partners during the FIFA Women's World Cup 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at Beekast, focusing on the deployment of the product and customer success strategies. Currently, Gabriel is involved with Time for the Planet as both a Gluon member and an Associate, contributing their skills and time to address the climate crisis.

Gabriel Sastre attended Montpellier Business School from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a Programme Grande École in management. Prior to that, they had completed their Classe préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles at Lycée Montaigne Bordeaux, specializing in the AL (littéraire) field of study. Gabriel's earlier education was at Lycée Bagatelle Saint-Gaudens (31), where they obtained their Bac L with honors.
