Andrew Trinh has an extensive work history, spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew started their career in 2014 as a Front of House employee at UBC Athletics, where they gained customer service experience. In 2016, they joined Anh and Chi restaurant as a Head Expo and Cook, demonstrating leadership and time management skills. In 2018, Andrew had various positions including a Sales Development Representative at Venzee Technologies Inc., a Customer Success Manager (Contract) at HeyBryan, and a Partnership Coordinator and Customer Success Specialist at RentMoola.

In 2019, Andrew joined Conexiom as a Customer Success Specialist, where they excelled in managing customer relationships. Andrew later became a Team Lead - Sr. Implementation Manager and then a Product Manager, demonstrating their growth and expertise in the field. In 2021, they joined Visier Inc. as a Professional Service Advisor, and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager I.

Andrew Trinh received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Life Sciences, and Environmental Sciences from The University of British Columbia, where they attended from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. In October 2021, they obtained a PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute, followed by a PMC Level II certification from the same institution in November 2021. Moreover, in March 2023, they received an Esusu Certification from Esusu.
