Joe Ballard

Joe Ballard is the Vice President of Business Operations and Intelligence at Beekeeper. Joe has over a decade of experience in SAP software and has held various leadership positions within the company. Most recently, they served as the Global Vice President of Education and Partner Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading SAP's global business for Partner and Education services sales. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer of SAP CX Services and led the global operations for SAP's CX Services and Success unit. Joe has also held the position of Vice President of Ecosystem Enablement and Education for SAP CX. In this role, they led a worldwide team that created and delivered education, enablement, and community-engagement events to the global installed base of SAP Hybris software users and ecosystem partners. Joe started their career at A.S. Watson Group as the Senior Manager of E-Commerce and Digital before moving to SAP Hybris where they held the positions of Director of Business Consulting and Senior Director of Customer Success Operations.

Joe Ballard completed a BA Hons 2:1 in Geography / Earth Sciences at the University of Oxford. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels at Lawnswood High School.
