Patrick Grossmann

Patrick Grossmann is the VP of Sales & Marketing Operations at Beekeeper. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on operations and business development. Patrick has a proven track record of increasing growth and efficiency in organizations.

Mr. Grossmann began their career at GE Power, where they spent two years as a Senior Product Marketing Leader. In this role, they were responsible for driving the turbine product portfolio, sales enablement of sales teams in EMEA and Asia, development of sales strategy for key customers, identification of niches for business development, and product and technology promotion in international conferences and customer meetings.

In 2016, Mr. Grossmann left GE Power to take on the role of Head of Operations at Puertas Automaticas Grossmann, their family's automatic door company. In this role, they were responsible for commercial and technical end to end operations, KPI development and reporting process. Under Mr. Grossmann's leadership, the company doubled its growth rate within 18 months by optimizing sales process, systems and team structure. Patrick also increased the fulfillment rate of scheduled field service activities from 70% to 96% by implementing scalable processes and systems for field staff management.

In 2019, Mr. Grossmann left Puertas Automaticas Grossmann to join Beekeeper as a Senior Business Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of Business Operations Managers who oversaw Beekeeper's global sales

Their manager is Cristian Grossmann, CEO, Co-Founder, Board Member. They are on a team with Salome Lang - Head, Growth, Patrick Lechner - VP, IT & Information Security, and Patrick Meier - General Counsel.
