Matthew Breslin is the Head of Customer Experience at beeline. Matthew previously worked as a Group and Private Tour Consultant/Product Development Executive at Secret Food Tours from April 2019 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the private and group tours department, leading a global team of 8 Customer Service Liaisons, and delivering tours globally across 72 cities. Matthew also worked in collaboration with the CEO to manage the development and launch of the department, conducting extensive market research to devise bespoke tours, developing all facets of tour development (including logistics, pricing and vendor liaison and negotiation), and devising revenue generation strategies to drive growth.

Matthew Breslin's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Institute of Technology in Carlow, as well as a Diploma in TV and Film Production from Ulster University. Matthew also has certifications in Certified Fire Marshall (FM) and First Aid at Work, as well as a BIIAB Level II certification.
