Sam Lucas

Head of Design at beeline

Sam Lucas is currently the Head of Design at beeline. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Design Research at Jaguar Land Rover from September 2014 to November 2016. There, Sam was part of the team responsible for the Jaguar Future-Type concept car and led the 'Orbits' interaction concept. From October 2013 to June 2014, Sam worked as an Industrial Design Degree Show Organiser at Coventry University. There, Sam lead and managed a team of fellow students in organising and publicising their degree show. Sam also designed all branding elements, website, yearbook, press and industry invites. Prior to that, from September 2011 to April 2013, Sam worked as UK Contributing Editor at stoneyroads.com, an electronic music blog. At stoneyroads.com, Sam wrote album reviews and worked with other writers to plan copy and blogged daily about relevant news and music releases. Sam has also done some freelance work for VELOCITY STACK LTD. Lastly, in July 2009, Sam worked as a Design Intern at Handsome Brands.
