Autumn Moore (Duran) has over 18 years of experience in technical support and client solutions, currently serving as a Configuration Engineer at Beeline since July 2013, following a role as Client Solution Analyst. Prior to Beeline, Autumn worked at SilkRoad Technology from March 2010 to July 2013 as a Technical Support Representative, providing troubleshooting and analysis for HR onboarding applications.
