Teresa Creech

Teresa Creech is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development and leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Beeline since June 2022, Teresa leads corporate strategy and oversees mergers and acquisitions to drive industry growth. Prior roles include CEO of TalentWave from October 2015 to June 2022, where Teresa guided a strategic merger of leading workforce engagement providers, and CEO of ICon Professional Services. Teresa has also held senior positions at Randstad Sourceright US, Kelly Services, and Secure Talent, with early career experience in sales management at Manpower and Sprint Nextel. Teresa holds a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
