Elena Kudryashova

Elena Kudryashova serves as the Director of the Legal Department at Beeline Russia since December 2014, providing ongoing legal advice on day-to-day operations and specializing in Sanction Compliance and Export Controls. Key responsibilities include developing compliance policies, overseeing implementation processes, and leading a team of legal professionals while supporting large cross-functional projects. Previously, Elena held the role of Project Lawyer, managing contract negotiations and providing legal support for substantial projects exceeding $50 million. Earlier experience includes positions as Deputy Head of Legal at ITG Consulting Group, Senior Legal Counsel at FINAM, and Head of Legal Department at TechnoServ (T1). Elena completed education at The University of Manchester in 2023.
