Earlier positions at Nokia involved managing user experience and contributing to design solutions that impacted millions globally. Ryan's career began as a Human Factors Specialist at BC Research/Interface Ergonomics, where expertise in human factors significantly influenced product and workspace design. Education includes an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and a BSc in Human Factors and Ergonomics from Simon Fraser University.
