Sue Britton

Sue Britton is an accomplished leader in the fintech sector, currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Beem Credit Union and CEO & Founder of Firefly Growth Inc. Since April 2022, Sue has contributed as a FinPay Committee Member at Finance Canada, representing diverse stakeholders from the payments industry. Sue's memberships include Fintechs Canada and the Canadian Lenders Association, and holds advisory roles at the Holt Accelerator and the Canadian Innovation Exchange (CIX) since 2016. Previously a Partner at Disruptive Edge and Co-Founder of Fathom4sight, Sue has extensive experience in innovation consultancy and enterprise software. Sue's educational background includes participation in the Judy Project at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, alongside degrees in commerce from Ryerson University and other institutions.
