Roger Martin

Roger Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Roger is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of beem Light Sauna, a company that offers innovative light therapy solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and CEO of RockBox Fitness Franchise, where they introduced a new concept of group fitness studios. Before venturing into the fitness industry, Roger was the Chief Operating Officer at TEDOR Pharma, where they led various teams and was responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies. Roger'sextensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes serving as the President of Ei - A Pharmaceutical SolutionWorks™, where they managed all facets of a mid-size contract development and manufacturing organization. Roger also held leadership positions at Sepracor Pharmaceuticals, including National Sales Director and Regional Director, where they successfully developed and executed sales strategies. Roger began their career at Solvay Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly, gaining experience as a Managed Care Account Executive and Sales Representative, respectively.

Roger Martin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University in 1992. From 1998 to 2000, they pursued their MBA at Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business, specializing in Finance, Marketing, Operations, and General Management.
