Kumar Sarathi

Kumar Sarathi has over seven years of work experience in SAP TM (Transportation Management) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) consulting. Kumar started their career in 2014 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an SAP TM/EM Consultant for three years. During this time, they gained expertise in TM 9.2 and 9.0, core interface for transferring master data to SAP TM, and various aspects of freight management, including settlement documents, freight orders, units, and shipments. Kumar also developed proficiency in TM charge calculation, rate table definitions, conditions, and freight agreements. Additionally, Kumar has a good understanding of TM background processes like the trigger framework and post-processing desktop.

In 2017, Kumar joined Novigo as an SAP SCM/TM Consultant. Here, they continued to enhance their skills in SAP TM, particularly in areas such as transportation management, core interface, freight settlement, and TM charge calculation. Kumar also gained knowledge in creating shortcut freight orders without the need for freight units. Kumar worked at Novigo for three years, until 2020.

Following their time at Novigo, Kumar transitioned to Deloitte India (Offices of the US) in 2020, where they assumed the role of a Senior SAP Consultant/Architect. Kumar continued to contribute their expertise in SAP TM, focusing on consulting and architecture, until 2021.

Kumar is currently working as a Senior SAP TM Consultant/Architect at BEEMACS - Digital Business Engineering, starting in 2021.

Kumar Sarathi completed their primary education from Bal Vidya Niketan between the years 2003 and 2007. Kumar then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from KIIT University, which they completed from 2010 to 2014.
