Rohit Kapile

Rohit Kapile is currently the Director of Business Operations at BeepKart, where they are responsible for building the company as India's leading digital-first used 2 wheeler brand. Rohit'srole includes managing the overall Business Operations including Supply, Sales, Contact Center, Logistics, Customer Support, and Post Sales Services.

Prior to BeepKart, Rohit worked at Lilac Insights as the Business Unit Head for Digital Platforms from February 2021 to January 2022.

From February 2020 to January 2021, they served as the Regional Business Head - West at Shuttl, managing the Business P&L for the west region and leading the overall strategy, sales, marketing, and operations. Before that, they were the City Business Head for Mumbai at Shuttl from July 2019 to February 2020, where they built and managed the business operations and P&L for the city.

Rohit also held the position of Head of Enterprise Business, Delhi NCR & North at Shuttl from April 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they led Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management for the zone and was responsible for managing the P&L and general management responsibilities for the Enterprise Business Team.

Earlier in their career, Rohit co-founded and served as the CEO of Euradite Consumer Health And Life Care Pvt. Ltd from April 2013 to March 2018. Rohit also gained experience as a Scientific Product Manager at Meritus Life Care in 2012, where they evaluated new product opportunities and designed brand building strategies.

Rohit started their career as an Associate Scientist at Novartis, working in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Profiling Group from 2011 to 2012. Rohit also had a research role as a Co-op Research and Development at Merck Research Laboratories in 2010, where they focused on Solid State Characterization of Pharmaceuticals and Pre-formulations Studies. Prior to that, they interned at Pfizer Limited in 2008.

Rohit Kapile completed a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) with a specialization in Marketing and Finance at the Indian School of Business from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree (M.S) in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a focus on Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery Systems at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, from 2009 to 2011. Rohit'sundergraduate studies were conducted at the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), formerly known as UDCT, in Mumbai, India, where they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences degree from 2005 to 2009.
