Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Doedijns, Senior Vice President at Pon Material Handling, and Managing Director at Pon Power B.V. Giel's career also encompasses various managerial roles at Albert Heijn, where responsibilities ranged from regional to national distribution management.
