Tito Santos

Tito Santos is a building energy efficiency expert at Projest Engenharia. Tito is also a co-founder, structural engineer, and project manager at a civil engineering workgroup. As an international beer judge at the Beer Judge Certification Program, Tito has participated in various competitions. Additionally, Tito is the co-founder, head of Sensory Analytics and R&D at Fizzlab, where Tito is responsible for taste panel training, beer recipe development, and equipment testing. Tito is also a homebrewer at Craft Beer, with expertise in lager and ale production. In the past, Tito worked as a structural design engineer at GEPEP, focusing on building design and recovery solutions. Tito holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from Universidade do Minho.
