Débora Godinho Soares

Débora Godinho Soares has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Débora began their career as an Assistant of Sales at Refratek Ind. Com. Produtos Refratários, where they were responsible for issuing invoices in ERP, sales and customer service, as well as tracking shipments and freight reports. In 2006, they became the Manager of Sales at Iacontrol Soluções Empresariais. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as the Chief of Gabinete at the Câmara de Vereadores de Joinville, where they were responsible for public service and seeking solutions from competent authorities, as well as writing motions, indications, official letters and law projects for necessary instances. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at ContaAzul, where they were challenged to ensure the best customer experience and positively exceed their expectations regarding service/product. Débora also monitored the Customer Health Score and other indicators. Currently, they are an Onboarding Analyst Senior at WOBA & Mãe do Felipe e do Eduardo, as well as an Onboarding Analyst Senior at BeerOrCoffee.

Débora Godinho Soares attended UniSociesc Centro Universitário from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Empreendedorismo. Débora then attended Aupex Joinville from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a Licenciatura in Licenciatura em Letras - Inglês.
