Felipe Moura began their career in 2019 as a Scientific Researcher at the PET Program of Educational Tutorial. During their time there, they published articles in journals, congresses and events, and they were a monitor for Physics III and Programming Techniques. In the same year, they joined EAmbjr as the Leader of the Sales Plan, where they were responsible for active and passive customer prospecting, applying the Spin Selling technique. Felipe also had a customer portfolio and led a team of 6 employees, learning together how to execute sales processes. In 2021, they joined Frexco as a Customer Support Coordinator, where they monitored and analyzed KPI's for an 8-person team, returned through 1:1 and daily meetings, and managed people. Felipe also created and experimented processes, such as playbooks and platform updates. Felipe also acted as a Customer Success Farmer, where they were responsible for the idea of the Farmer area within the commercial area, creating and experimenting processes, creating a playbook, and other attributions. Theirgoal was to generate engagement and a better follow-up of the customer's journey in the company, making them loyal to the product. Felipe also managed CRM, billing, and onboarding of a customer portfolio, aiming for engagement and loyalty. In 2021, they joined Eduqo as a Customer Support, where they attended the chatsac, octadesk and utalk platforms, managing tickets and operational logistics situations. Felipe also reported bugs in the platform that prevented the best usability of the customer in the platform. Finally, in 2022 they joined Woba as a Customer Experience Analyst, where they provided customer support on the Intercom platform with extremely positive metrics (Csat approx. 5, first response below one minute, etc.).

Felipe Moura is currently pursuing a Product Management degree at Cursos PM3, and a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Gestão Ambiental at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, both expected to be completed in 2023. Felipe also holds a Bacharelado em Engenharia Ambiental from IFBA - Instituto Federal da Bahia, obtained in 2024, and a Técnico em Eletrônica from IFBA - Instituto Federal da Bahia, obtained in 2018.
