Rafaela Guará has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as an intern at EIT - Empresa Industrial Tecnica S/A. In 2011, they worked as an intern in Purchasing at Sesc - Departamento Nacional, where they were responsible for registering new suppliers, market research, quotation collection, material counting, order control and spreadsheet preparation. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Promoter at Public Belém Comércio de Confecções, where they provided customer service and gave information about the products. In 2013, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at CWM - Transporte Executivo LTDA. In 2014, they worked as a Junior Attendant Assistant at IBMR Laureate International Universities. In 2020, they worked as a SALES EXECUTIVE at Elephant. Currently, they are working as a Supply Ops Hunter at BeerOrCoffee.

Rafaela Guará attended CESUPA - Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
