Florencia Francia

Florencia Francia is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Global Director and previously as Global Manager of BEES Finance since April 2020. Prior to this role, Florencia worked at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes, specializing in Global Risk Management and contributing to process improvement efforts, as well as participating as a Global Management Trainee in 2017, where diverse rotations facilitated skill development across various company functions. Earlier experience includes an internship in Concept Design at AUDI AG, focusing on project management tools, and an internship in Industrial Engineering at La Segunda Seguros CLSG, which aimed to enhance the productivity of SMEs through knowledge management. Florencia holds a degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and completed the CORe program at Harvard Business School Online with high honors, alongside a period of study at Technische Universität Braunschweig.
