Gabriel Secco

Gabriel Secco has a diverse work experience in various roles related to data engineering and software development. Gabriel started their career in 2013 as a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern at Easy Taxi. Gabriel then worked at INTERO BRASIL as a Software Engineer, where they developed ETL processes and worked as a PHP developer. At FITec, Gabriel worked as a Software Development Specialist, responsible for bug fixes, automated tests, and Java development. Gabriel later joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Software Engineer, leading the Data Receiving team and introducing an Agile mentality. Gabriel then worked at Bionexo, where they held various roles including Analytics Manager and Head of Analytics and Innovation, overseeing product deliveries, managing the analytics products, and collaborating on new product designs. Gabriel also worked at Nilo Saúde as a Tech Head, developing data pipelines and integrations. At Dinie, Gabriel served as the Director of Engineering, where they created and developed the company's data tech stack and integrated with financial data providers. Gabriel then worked at Forma.ai as a Software Engineer, developing ETL pipelines and a data platform API. Currently, Gabriel is working as a Consulting Data Engineer at Self and will be joining BEES as a Lead Data Engineer in June 2023.

Gabriel Secco holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), which they obtained between 2008 and 2013. Gabriel also pursued further education at ITA, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they have additional certifications in Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance and Engineering from ITA.
