Prior to Cervejaria Ambev, Thais worked as an MBA Summer Intern at Ambev and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs for 3 years and 4 months.

Thais Cavinatto holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.B.A. from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
