Mark Bryan Cooke

Mark Bryan Cooke has extensive experience in the field of claims management. Mark Bryan began their career in 1997 as an Operations Director and General Manager at ClubCorp. In 2009, they became a Certified Instructor at AdjusterPro, where they managed and led classes and certifications for claims/appraisal licensing. In 2010, they joined Tailored Adjustment Services as a Claims Adjuster, where they managed all aspects of nationwide catastrophe claims. In 2012, they moved to State Farm as a Large Loss & Appraisal Claim Specialist. In 2015, they returned to ClubCorp as an Asst. General Manager and Operations Director, where they were responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of daily business and F&B operations for multiple club locations. In 2020, they joined Best IRS as an Admin Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Vice President of Claims and then the Senior Director of Claims at Bees360, Inc.

Mark Bryan Cooke has a background in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Midwestern State University. Mark Bryan also holds certifications from The Institutes, LOMA, and the Texas Department of State Health Services, including AIC, ACS, Property Technical Certification (PTC), AINS, and Certified Food Manager.
