As a Partner and CTO at The Patriot Group, Thomas implemented AI technologies to enhance remote workforce management in the BPO sector. Previously, as the CEO of Tau Tech Solutions, Thomas developed systems to improve operations for third-party healthcare services and created data-driven web applications for charitable initiatives. Thomas also played a key role at Link Revenue Resources, where Thomas led the software development and vendor management departments, successfully onboarding numerous hospitals and physician groups with a custom business automation platform.
