Clay Brunton

Clay Brunton is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Beets Hospitality Group since March 2008. Previous roles include Chef at Major Market, Sous Chef at Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, and Banquet Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, where Clay managed kitchen operations and supported staff in various capacities. Clay's culinary journey began at the California Culinary Academy, where a degree in Culinary Arts was obtained from 1996 to 1998. Additional experience includes a brief stint as a Stagiere at Jardinere and The Ritz-Carlton, learning under Chef Sylvan Portay.
