Pierre-Yves BLOCH is working a process engineer. He graduated from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (INSA) in Mechanical Engineering, Design and Product Innovation, whilst working at the company Becton Dickinson as an apprentice.
During his apprenticeship, he worked on product and process characterisation as an apprentice mechanical engineer and contributed to the development and validation of measurement methods (friction test bench, measuring bench and cosmetic visual inspections on glass syringes...).
At BeFC, he is now working on the industrialisation and mass production of cell production. He is also working on a PhD : Industrialisation of the production of a technological innovation with a significant potential gain - Application to bio-enzymatic cells
