Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Associate. In this role, you will: Support the execution of commercial strategy projects for pharmaceutical customers, focusing on areas like omnichannel initiatives and customer insights studies; Conduct in-depth analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations and ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting high-quality standards and deadlines.

We'll trust you to:

  • Execute analytics and research solutions for our US and global pharmaceutical clients, utilizing digital analytics, marketing principles, and research inputs to drive targeted studies including targeting, segmentation, digital measurement, and patient journeys.
  • Conduct high-quality analysis to identify trends, glean actionable insights, and develop logical, insightful results.
  • Work collaboratively within engagement teams and alongside clients to deliver well-structured, high-quality deliverables that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Attend training programs to enhance skill sets in primary market research, digital analytics, and social listening methodologies.

You'll need to have:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in pharmacology, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience delivering research and analytics projects within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in analytics and BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI and SQL/Python.
  • Exposure to digital and social media marketing principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, curious approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for understanding and devising solutions for current challenges within the pharma industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international matrix environment and accommodate US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap
