Tanja Overgaard

Tanja Overgaard is an experienced psychologist currently serving as the Konst. Ledende psykolog and Behandlingsansvarlig psykolog at Behandlingsskolerne since August 2022. Prior roles include psychologist positions at Glostrup Kommune, Gladsaxe Kommune, and Høje-Taastrup Kommune, where responsibilities encompassed family consultancy and systemic narrative family therapy. Tanja also worked as a volunteer advisor at Børns vilkår, focusing on children’s perspectives in various contexts, including divorce. Early career experiences involved support pedagogic work for children with autism and an internship at the children and adolescent psychiatric center. Tanja holds a master's degree in psychology with a concentration in clinical psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
