Erika Mulderink

Erika Mulderink has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Erika started their career as an HR/Admin Supervisor at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy in March 2016 and worked there until January 2019. Erika then joined Animas Surgical Hospital as a Payroll/Medical Staff Coordinator in January 2019 and worked there until January 2020. Erika is currently working at Behavior Change Institute, where they started as a Human Resources Manager in January 2020. Erika was promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager in March 2022 and then to Human Resources Director in April 2023.

Erika Mulderink received their Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Erika studied an unspecified field of study during their time at the university. In addition to their academic achievements, Erika received two certifications. Erika obtained the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association in April 2019 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in January 2021.
