Cesar Orellana

Cesar L Orellana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and educational program creation. As the President and Founder of Behavior Treatment Analysis (BTA), established in 2017, Cesar leads the development of ABA Systems software designed to enhance therapies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Northern California. Cesar also serves as President and Founder of Aprendo Español, focusing on Spanish language program development, and as President of ASICOM USA EDUCATION, which specializes in educational computer programs. Educational qualifications include degrees from La Universidad Rural de Guatemala in Spanish teaching and specialized training for directors, along with theological studies from Biblie Institute Mizpa.
