Zach Bale is an accomplished leadership coach and managing partner with extensive experience in nonprofit management and affordable housing. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Behavioral Essentials and as a Managing Partner at Wasatch Leaderworks, Zach specializes in enhancing self-awareness among leaders through innovative behavioral insights. Previously, Zach held various significant roles at Housing Connect, including Chief Program Officer, Executive Director, and COO, effectively managing operations for over 1,000 low-income housing units and directing substantial rental assistance programs. Zach has also contributed as Chair of the Housing Core Function Group at the Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness, focusing on community-wide strategies to combat homelessness.
