Michelle Haid, SPHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Michelle is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Behavioral Health Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management.

Prior to this, Michelle was the Human Resources Director at Glencoe Management, a multi-faceted organization with various business concepts in Nevada, Arizona, and California. During their tenure at Glencoe, Michelle focused on creating systems and supporting policies to effectively communicate and provide guidance within the organization.

Before joining Glencoe, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Manager at Alogent Corporation, where they advocated for the company's culture, values, mission, and vision. Michelle also played a key role in recruiting and employee retention strategies.

Michelle's experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Bluepoint Solutions, where they focused on process improvements and implementing recruiting and performance strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Supervisor at Clark County and as an Executive Assistant to the President & Sales at Executive Plumbing & Heating.

Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as a Manager at American Car Care Centers Inc and Sears Auto Center, where they excelled in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Michelle also gained valuable experience as an Office/HR Manager & Assistant to the President at Leroy's Plumbing & Heating, overseeing inventory, customer service, and payroll responsibilities.

Michelle Haid, SPHR, SHRM-CP, completed their education at Natrona County High School, where they pursued a degree in General Studies until 2003. In 2013, they enrolled in the George Mason University and obtained a certification in Essentials of Human Resources Management, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, Michelle Haid holds several professional certifications, including a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI, obtained in October 2021, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in December 2014, and a SHRM-CP from SHRM, obtained in January 2015.
