Jennifer Tepper

Jennifer Tepper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Soccer Without Borders since April 2023, Jennifer focuses on using soccer as a tool for positive change among underserved youth. Additionally, as the Learning Community Co-Director at Behavioral Health System Baltimore, Jennifer collaborates with mental health practitioners to implement anti-racist and trauma-informed practices. In a range of leadership roles, including Managing Director and Co-Founder of LiveMudita and Co-Founder of People and Planet, Jennifer has demonstrated a commitment to social impact, youth education, and environmental conservation. Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Master's in Peace and Development Studies from the University of Limerick, and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Austin College.
