Chelsea Gourlie, M.S., BCBA has diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health. Chelsea is currently serving as the Regional Clinical Director at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. where they oversee the expansion of services and manages contracts with insurance funders. Previously, they worked at Kadiant as a Clinical Director, responsible for maintaining clinical outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction in the East Bay area. As a Clinical Supervisor at Kadiant, they conducted behavior and skills assessments, developed treatment plans, and monitored client progress. Prior to that, they held various roles at Easter Seals Bay Area, including Clinical Manager, Program Supervisor, and Behavioral Interventionist. In these positions, they conducted assessments, created treatment plans, and implemented interventions for clients with disabilities. Chelsea also gained research experience as an Independent Researcher at Gonzaga University, where they conducted an observational study and presented the findings at conferences. Chelsea also worked as a writing center tutor and telefund caller during their time at Gonzaga University. Additionally, they served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Gonzaga Witness, where they were responsible for editing, designing, and organizing the magazine. Chelsea Gourlie, M.S., BCBA completed their Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Writing, General and Sociology from Gonzaga University, from 2009 to 2013. Chelsea also holds a certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, obtained in May 2016 from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
