Xavier Rampino

Xavier Rampino has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Xavier currently serves as the Technical Director - Data at Behaviour Interactive, where they utilize data to inform strategic decisions and enhance gameplay. Prior to this, Rampino worked as the Head of Data at Jow, where they built and managed a team of data analysts and scientists, integrated data into the production app, and led the adoption of a business intelligence software. Xavier also held the position of Head of Data at Meero, where they built and scaled a team of data experts, optimized data architecture, and implemented data-driven dashboards. Earlier in their career, Rampino gained experience at SensCritique, ividence, numberly (1000mercis Group), and Discograph, taking on roles that involved algorithm development, data visualization, database administration, and more. Overall, their leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision have played a crucial role in establishing successful companies and enhancing user experiences.

Xavier Rampino completed their Master's degree in International Business at HEC Paris from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they pursued an MSc in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics at Ecole normale supérieure from 2010 to 2011. Prior to this, they obtained an M1 in Mathematics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne between 2007 and 2009.
