Andreas Fliss

Andreas Fliss serves as the Global Director Directs Procurement at Beiersdorf since January 2019, overseeing global management of Packaging, Raw Materials, and 3rd Party Manufacturing categories with a total spend of EUR 2 billion and a team of 70 managers across five teams. Prior to joining Beiersdorf, Andreas held several roles at Mars, including Global Procurement Director for Packaging and 3rd Party Manufacturing, and Senior Strategic Sourcing Director for Indirects in Europe and CIS, managing a spend of USD 2 billion. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sourcing & Procurement at Danone, Purchasing Director Europe at Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World, and various procurement roles at Mars Petcare, where strategies for packaging and raw materials were developed over a span of more than a decade. Andreas holds a Master of Arts in International Business from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rennes and a University Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Bielefeld.
