Jowita Bachman

Jowita Bachman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and process engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Development (Process Engineering) at Beiersdorf since September 2019, Jowita has held various roles including Manager of Product Development and Senior Process Engineer in Tech Transfer & Clinical Supply. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Process Engineer at Bayer from August 2018 until the company's divestiture to Beiersdorf, and roles at Coty as Principal Engineer and Senior Process Engineer from January 2015 to August 2018. Jowita began a career in the industry at L'Oréal as a Process Engineer and Quality Engineer, followed by a role as R&D Chemist at Ethicon, Inc. Jowita holds a Master of Engineering Management from Penn State University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
