Nrutya Madduri

Nrutya Madduri has extensive experience in research and development within the biotechnology and cosmetic industries. Currently serving as a Technical Project Lead and Regional Raw Material Manager at Beiersdorf since September 2019, Nrutya previously held roles such as Senior Associate Research Scientist at Bayer, focusing on Coppertone suncare formulation development, and Senior Scientist at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included successful tech transfer and collaboration with external partners on scientific research projects. Earlier roles include Research Associate at the Institute for Regenerative Medicine - Texas A&M Health Science Center and various research positions at academic institutions, including Penn State University and Clemson University. Nrutya holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Technology in Biomedical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
