Oli Olafsson

Oli Olafsson is an accomplished director with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as Director of Conversion Operations at Beiersdorf since November 2016, where significant achievements include implementing a Center of Excellence and enhancing process efficiency. Previously, Oli led a team of over 30 professionals at Nivea, Aquaphor, Eucerin, and Coppertone, driving improvements in Integrated Business Planning and successful acquisitions. Prior roles include Principal at Supply Chain Performance LLC, where noteworthy projects involved managing Walmart's extensive forecasting and replenishment initiatives, and roles at Carol's Daughter and Victoria's Secret that focused on operational turnaround and merchandise planning, respectively. Oli holds dual MBA degrees from London Business School and Columbia Business School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
