Rahila Pinto

Rahila Pinto is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and organization design. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Beiersdorf since November 2021, Rahila provides strategic support to global and local business leaders while focusing on talent pipelining and succession planning. Previous roles include Senior Manager HR at Dream11, Associate Principal at Native in both Pharma & Healthcare and Human Resources, and HR Business Partner at RB, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
