Andrea Schwarz

Andrea Schwarz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrea currently holds the position of Commercial Lead Canada at BeiGene since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Sales-TELUS Health Care Centres at TELUS from November 2020 to June 2021.

Before their role at TELUS, Andrea worked at Takeda from May 2018 to November 2020, initially as Associate Director of Sales Rare HAE/Immunology and later as Associate Director of Sales Rare HAE/Immunology at Shire from January 2018 to May 2019.

From July 2015 to January 2018, Andrea worked as the National Sales Manager at Grifols, where they led a team of 10 Specialty Sales Representatives in Canada, focusing on the rare disease Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.

Before joining Abbott, Andrea worked at Fournier Pharma from 2001 to 2005. Andrea held the positions of Specialty Representative and Medical Sales Representative, promoting cardiovascular drugs and securing hospital formularies. Andrea began their professional journey at Mosaic Sales Solutions as an Account Manager for the empori.com project, responsible for B2B sales in the Greater Toronto Area.

Andrea Schwarz has studied at the Adler Graduate Professional School, although the specific dates and field of study are not provided.
