Dakota Tu

Dakota Tu has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at BeiGene since January 2022. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mahana Therapeutics, where Dakota successfully led a full-cycle recruiting process, built a diverse pipeline of candidates, and enhanced the new hire experience. As a Recruiting Associate at Freenome, Dakota developed an interview training program focused on diversity and inclusion, and collaborated on event planning for both in-person and virtual company gatherings. Dakota's recruitment background is complemented by a prior sales role at Yelp, where multiple promotions were earned, and experience in community engagement and marketing through internships. Dakota holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of California, Riverside.
