Kirsha Naicker

Kirsha Naicker is a seasoned professional in clinical science with a focus on solid tumors, currently serving as Senior Director Clinical Science at BeiGene. Previously, Kirsha held leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including Senior Global Development Scientist Director and Global Study Medical Scientist Leader, along with serving as Associate Director of Clinical Development. Kirsha began the career as an Oncology-Business Insights Analyst at Decision Resources. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Science and a PhD from University College Dublin, complemented by a Master of Science in Molecular Medicine from Trinity College Dublin. After completing the viva, Kirsha took a three-month world travel break.
