Tim McElderry

Tim McElderry has extensive experience in the biopharma industry, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Leadership and Market Access Training at BeiGene since 2022. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Assistant Director of Commercial Field Management Technical Development at Astellas Pharma US from 2007 to 2022, where Tim developed the first-ever Astellas Commercial Leadership Model. Tim's earlier career includes leadership roles at Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Neurocrine Biosciences, Merck, Becton Dickinson Company, and Hoechst Marion Roussel Inc., where Tim consistently contributed to the growth and success of sales teams and the launch of innovative healthcare products. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Butler University between 1984 and 1988.
