Will Xu M.D. Msc

Will Xu MD MSc has diverse work experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Will currently holds the position of Director, Global Clinical Operations APAC at BeiGene since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Head of Medical - APAC at Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Medical Strategy Director for Cell and Gene Therapy at IQVIA, where they provided scientific, clinical, and operational advice. Will Xu also has a strong background in Roche, where they held various roles such as Therapeutic Area Lead, Country Study Manager, and Global Studies Leader. Will has extensive experience in study management, leadership, and cross-functional coordination. Before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, they worked as a Urologist and Medical Practitioner at the Department of Urology, Shanghai Xuhui District Central Hospital from 2001 to 2003.

Will Xu MD MSc attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Medicine. Will then pursued their Master's degree in Biotech at UNSW from 2003 to 2005.
