Emily Mudd has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Emily started their career as a Research Assistant at AidData in 2016 and also worked as a Research Assistant at the William & Mary Global Research Institute during the same time period. In 2017, they were a Research Intern at Innovations for Poverty Action. The following year, they worked as a Research Fellow at the Open Impact Institute for a few months. In 2019, they were a Research Intern at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), focusing on the Humanitarian Agenda. In 2020, Emily held multiple roles, including Project Assistant at the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and a Fellow at Princeton in Africa.
