Mariana Stussi has a diverse work experience in the field of economics and social development. Mariana is currently working as an Analyst, Financial Instruments at Climate Policy Initiative, where they evaluate the impact of rural credit instruments and agricultural risk management on land use, agricultural productivity, and the environment. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Fundação Getulio Vargas, focusing on studying gender disparities in the labor market and maternal-infant health. Mariana also has experience working at the Instituto Municipal Pereira Passos - Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro, where they served as a Manager of Evaluation and was involved in projects related to the social progress index and the Territórios Sociais program. Mariana has a strong background in research and evaluation, with a particular focus on economic and social indicators.

Mariana Stussi has a strong educational background in economics. Mariana first earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
