With a background in marketing and sales management, he has successfully led teams and launched new products in various organizations such as 3M, UB Group, and Gillette India Pvt. Ltd. Pradeep holds a PGDBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad and has a strong foundation in commerce from St. Joseph's College.
