Dirk De Raeve has over 30 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Dirk is currently working at BekaertDeslee as the Operations Manager for Romania and Head of Engineering for EMENA. Prior to this, they worked as a Plant Manager at BekaertDeslee and DesleeClama. Dirk also served as a Plant Manager at DEMCO and Global Carpets & Rugs. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Manager at Carpet Backing Plant and as a Production Manager at Target Carpets. Dirk started their career as a Product Engineer at Betonma International Nv.

Dirk De Raeve attended Heilig Kruiscollege Denderleeuw from 1980 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Humaniora with a focus on Wettenschappen A - Wiskunde. Dirk later pursued a degree in Electomechanics at KIHO Gent from 1987 to 1991.
