Jean-Philippe Charlets

Jean-Philippe Charlets is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital architecture and infrastructure. Currently serving as a Digital & CRM Architect at BekaertDeslee since May 2018, Jean-Philippe focuses on the architecture, design, implementation, and support of the Office 365 platform. Prior to this role, Jean-Philippe worked at Daikin Europe NV as an IT Infrastructure Architect and IT planner, evaluating IT technologies and trends to propose implementations across the company, specifically in web user protection and firewall enhancements. Jean-Philippe's career began at IBM Belgium, where roles included PreSales & advisor and IT Specialist, with responsibilities ranging from technology selection to project management for mainframe systems. Jean-Philippe holds a Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Public Relations, as well as a Master's degree in Political Science from Université libre de Bruxelles.
